Belcourt is a master-planned community inside Seven Oaks in Bakersfield.
ROX assisted with pre-community research to pinpoint precisely what buyers
wanted. We designed community and neighborhood logos to fit seamlessly into
the existing Seven Oaks brand. Digital and print campaigns were created
to alert buyers Belcourt was built with their needs and desires in mind.
