ROX created a community outreach brochure to engage the public and
gain support for the Dana Reserve development in Nipomo. The challenge was
to present the ideas for this community, clearly, concisely, with a friendly and
genuine tone; and to inform the public that growth would not be
at the expense of the natural beauty of this part of California.
