Solomon Hills is a proposed sustainable community designed to meet the housing needs of working families in North Santa Barbara County. The community will feature up to 4,000 homes in several distinctive neighborhoods that reflect the charm and character of the Central Coast. ROX rebranded, designed, launched the master-planned community website and created an Informational Brochure to bring the Solomon Hills story to life during the community engagement and entitlement process.
